Econocom Nexica has given the Joan Clarke Prize to the CIO of the Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí and president and co-founder of Unitss, the Catalan Association of Health Informatics, Anna Benavent.

It was in the 25a Nit de les Telecomunicacions i la Informàtica (Telecos and Computing Night), held at the Auditori de Barcelona, the biggest event of telecoms and computers in Catalonia, with more than a thousand participants each year.

Anna Benavent is a pioneer in the incorporation of ERP in the Catalan health sector and in the introduction of m-health, improving the accessibility of the citizen in the hospital through the mobile device.
